Commodity Surplus Food Program

 

    • Provides eligible seniors and children (non WIC eligible, age 5-6) with monthly commodity foods.

Targeted Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

 

   • This federal and state funded program is distributed quarterly to income eligible persons.

 

Emergency Services

 

   • Provides assistance to income-eligible applicants for utilities, rent, and other emergencies.

 

Free Tax Preparation Assistance

 

   • Individuals or families that are eligible for any service being provided by CAA are eligible for free tax preparation services by appointment.

 

Outreach Services

 

   • Outreach involves referral of clients to agency programs or to  other agencies that can assist with the problems.  Outreach workers perform the assessment of client needs.
