Avery Square is a quiet 57 unit senior housing complex designed to accommodate the needs of active individuals 55 years and older.
Ideally located in the historical downtown Sault Sainte Marie, it is in close proximity to

- restaurants and more.
Each apartment overlooks an atrium that houses a cafe for light lunches and small specialty shops. A variety of community events are held in the atrium for the seniors' enjoyment.
Your apartment:

- frost free refrigerator
- garbage disposal.
It awaits your furnishings and special touch.
For safe and secure living, the apartments have intercom controlled entrances, pull cords in the bedroom and bathrooms.
The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars.
We have an on-site manager and maintenance staff to assist residents and plan activities.
Each applicant must verify age and must sign releases to verify all aspects of household income.
Residents also enjoy the convenience of being next to the Senior Nutrition Center. Meals are offered Monday through Friday at noon for persons 60 years and older.
